近日,一場(chǎng)名廚菜品展在中國(guó)湖南寧鄉(xiāng)通程溫泉大酒店舉行?;顒?dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),來(lái)自湖南的50多名大廚各顯身手,一道道色香味俱全的湖南特色口味菜讓人垂涎。同步進(jìn)行的年貨展銷(xiāo)上貨品琳瑯滿(mǎn)目,臘味青魚(yú)、花豬臘肉、沙田包子、灰湯鴨、龍?zhí)镌獾壬习俜N湖南地方特色食材,吸引眾多市民前來(lái)購(gòu)買(mǎi)。
Recently, an exhibition of famous chefs' cuisine was held at the Tongcheng Hot Spring Hotel in Ningxiang, Hunan Province, China. At the event, more than 50 chefs from Hunan showed their skills, and the Hunan - style dishes with excellent color, aroma and taste were mouthwatering. There were also a dazzling array of goods at the Spring Festival goods exhibition and sales area. Hundreds of local specialty food materials in Hunan, such as cured green fish, cured pork of Huazhu (a local pig breed), Shatian steamed buns, huitang duck, and Longtian braised pork, attracted many citizens to come to buy.
